01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GrowYaara mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using GrowYaara on behalf of a business entity — a store, shop, or company — you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you personally and the entity.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use GrowYaara. You can contact us at legal@growyaara.com if you have questions before agreeing.
02 Eligibility
To use GrowYaara, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be operating or employed by a legitimate retail or wholesale business in India
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your store account
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from GrowYaara for a Terms violation
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement if registering on behalf of a business
GrowYaara is designed exclusively for business use by Indian mobile phone retailers, electronics stores, accessories shops, and related trade businesses. Consumer use is outside the scope of this platform.
03 Your Account
Account Registration
You must create an account using your registered mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — PIN, biometric access, and OTPs — confidential. Do not share your account access with unauthorized individuals.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your store, including GSTIN, store address, and owner details. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Staff Accounts
You may add staff members to your GrowYaara account with role-based permissions. You are responsible for all actions taken by staff members under your account. Ensure staff accounts are removed promptly when an employee leaves your store.
Account Security
Notify us immediately at security@growyaara.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
04 Subscription & Billing
Plans
GrowYaara offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Growth plans on monthly and annual billing cycles. Plan features and pricing are as listed on our website at the time of subscription.

Payment
Payments are processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you via the app and registered mobile number. Your account will retain access for a grace period of 5 days while you resolve the payment. After 5 days without resolution, your account reverts to the Starter plan.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice via in-app notification and email. Price changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Continuing your subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
05 Acceptable Use
GrowYaara is a legitimate business tool for Indian mobile retailers. You agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
You Must Not:
- Use GrowYaara to store, process, or transmit data related to illegal activities, including sale of stolen or counterfeit devices
- Enter false IMEI numbers, fabricated sales records, or fraudulent cashback claims
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the GrowYaara application
- Share your account credentials with competitors or third parties outside your store team
- Interfere with or disrupt GrowYaara's servers, networks, or infrastructure
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the platform
- Misrepresent your store identity, GSTIN, or business details to obtain services or pricing you are not entitled to
Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate account suspension, termination without refund, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable. We take platform integrity seriously to protect honest retailers.
06 Your Data & Content
Ownership
All data you enter into GrowYaara — inventory records, customer profiles, IMEI numbers, sales transactions, cashback schemes — belongs to you and your store. GrowYaara does not claim ownership of your business data.
License to Process
By using GrowYaara, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you. This includes storing, displaying, and analysing your data within your account to power AI insights and automation features.
Data Export
You can export all your store data — inventory, customers, sales, cashback records — in CSV or Excel format at any time from within the app. We will never hold your data hostage.
Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into GrowYaara. We are not responsible for errors in records, missed cashback claims, or inaccurate reports resulting from incorrect data entry.
07 Integrations
Tally & Busy Integration
GrowYaara integrates with TallyPrime and Busy accounting software as an intelligent layer above your existing accounting setup. The integration reads and syncs data you explicitly authorise. GrowYaara is not affiliated with Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or Busy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Any issues with their software are subject to their own terms and support.
WhatsApp Business API
WhatsApp campaign features are powered by Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Your use of this feature is also subject to Meta's Business Messaging Policy. You are responsible for ensuring all contacts you message have opted in to receive communications from your store.
Third-Party Services
GrowYaara may integrate with additional third-party services over time. We will notify you before activating new integrations. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data handling practices, or policy changes. Always review third-party terms independently.
08 Intellectual Property
The GrowYaara name, logo, application, website, AI engine, design system, feature set, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Trenzyrange and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of GrowYaara without written permission
- You may not use GrowYaara's name, logo, or branding without explicit written authorization
- Screenshots and descriptions of GrowYaara may be shared for review purposes, provided they are accurate and not misleading
- Feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you share with us may be used by GrowYaara to improve the platform without obligation to compensate you
09 Disclaimer
GrowYaara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation at all times.
- AI insights, demand forecasts, and growth recommendations are generated based on your store's historical data and are indicative — they are not financial advice and should not be treated as guaranteed predictions
- Cashback claim outcomes depend on individual brand policies, eligibility verification, and scheme terms that are outside our control
- Tally / Busy sync accuracy depends on the quality and structure of data in your accounting software
- WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure and the recipient's device and connectivity
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, GrowYaara Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Losses arising from reliance on AI recommendations or forecasts
- Missed cashback claims due to inaccurate data entry, expired deadlines, or brand policy changes
- Data loss resulting from user error, device failure, or third-party integration issues
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to GrowYaara in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11 Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your GrowYaara account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Refer to our Refund Policy for billing implications of termination.
Termination by GrowYaara
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms — particularly Acceptable Use provisions — or if we are required to do so by law. We will notify you of the reason where legally permissible.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team at legal@growyaara.com.
13 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Notify you via in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Send a notification to your registered mobile number and email
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
Continued use of GrowYaara after the effective date of a revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
