We want every Indian mobile retailer to feel confident trying GrowYaara. If something does not work for your store, we will make it right — no awkward conversations, no runaround.

01 Overview

GrowYaara offers a Starter plan that is permanently free and paid plans (Pro and Growth) that can be subscribed monthly or annually. Because we are a subscription-based SaaS platform, our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

We strongly encourage every retailer to use our 14-day free trial on Pro and Growth plans before committing to a paid subscription. The trial gives you full access to every feature — no credit card required.

Our Commitment to You

We built GrowYaara for Indian mobile retailers. If you face a genuine issue — a billing error, a technical failure, or a plan that was not right for you — contact us within the eligible window and we will process your refund without hassle. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm IST.

02 Free Trial

All Pro and Growth plans come with a 14-day free trial. During this period you get complete access to every feature of your chosen plan — AI growth engine, cashback management, WhatsApp campaigns, multi-store tools, and everything else.

  • No credit card is required to start the free trial
  • The trial begins the moment you activate a Pro or Growth plan from within the app
  • If you do not upgrade to a paid subscription before the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Starter plan — no charges are applied
  • Trial days are not added back or extended after they expire, except in cases of verified technical downtime on our side
  • Each store account is entitled to one free trial per plan tier
Trial Extension Policy

If GrowYaara experiences a confirmed platform outage of more than 4 hours during your trial window, we will extend your trial by an equivalent number of days. Contact support@growyaara.com with your store ID and the dates affected.

03 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances. All refund requests must be submitted within the windows stated below.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Due to the nature of monthly SaaS billing, we do not offer refunds for partial months of usage — except in the cases of billing errors or technical failures listed in the table above.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are charged upfront for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day cooling-off window, no refund is issued for the remaining months — however, your access continues until the end of the paid period. We recommend using the monthly plan if you are unsure about an annual commitment.

04 How to Claim a Refund

Claiming a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps and our support team will handle the rest.

Step 1 — Contact Support

Email billing@growyaara.com or WhatsApp us at +91 92663 76631. Use the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Store Name].

Step 2 — Share Details

Provide your registered mobile number, store name, transaction ID or payment screenshot, and a brief reason for the refund request.

Step 3 — Verification

Our billing team verifies your request against our payment records. We aim to complete verification within 48 business hours.

Step 4 — Refund Issued

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You receive an email confirmation once processed.

What to Include in Your Request

Registered mobile number · Store name · Payment date · Transaction ID or UPI reference · Reason for refund. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process your request.

05 Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the timeline depends on your payment method. GrowYaara processes the refund on our end within 2 business days of approval.

If your refund does not appear within the expected window, please contact your bank first — refunds can sometimes take an extra 1–2 days to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule. If it still does not appear after 10 business days, contact us at billing@growyaara.com with your transaction ID.

06 Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for a refund. We are transparent about these limitations so there are no surprises.

  • Monthly subscriptions where usage has occurred and no billing error is present
  • Annual plan cancellations requested after the 7-day cooling-off window — access continues until end of paid period
  • Refund requests submitted beyond the eligible request windows specified in Section 03
  • Situations where the account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • WhatsApp API message credits consumed — these are consumed in real-time and cannot be reversed
  • Add-on purchases (additional WhatsApp message packs, extra storage, custom creatives) once delivered or consumed
  • Claims of non-usage — we track last active session and if the account was accessed during the billing period, the subscription is considered used
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described in our feature list at the time of purchase — we encourage you to use the free trial first

07 Plan Changes

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade from Starter to Pro, or from Pro to Growth, at any time from within the app. When you upgrade mid-cycle on a monthly plan, you are charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing month. Your new plan features are activated immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

You can downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access to your current plan's features until then. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days of a downgraded monthly cycle.

Annual to Monthly Switch

Switching from an annual plan to a monthly plan is treated as a cancellation of the annual plan. If within the 7-day cooling-off window, a pro-rated refund for unused months applies. After the window, no refund is issued — access continues until the annual period ends.

If you are unsure whether to upgrade, contact our support team on WhatsApp. We will walk you through which plan fits your store size and growth stage — no pressure, just honest advice.

08 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your GrowYaara subscription at any time — no lock-ins, no cancellation fees, no phone calls required. Cancellation is self-serve from the app's Settings Subscription menu.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you are not charged again after that date
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the Starter plan — your data is retained for 90 days so you can export or reactivate
  • Data is permanently deleted 90 days after account cancellation, unless you request deletion sooner
  • You can reactivate a cancelled account at any time during the 90-day retention window without losing your historical data
  • Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund — refer to Section 03 for refund eligibility
