GrowYaara uses cookies on our website (growyaara.com) and the web dashboard for three primary purposes. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, track you across third-party websites, or sell your data to anyone.
Session cookies keep you authenticated as you navigate the web dashboard — so you don't have to log in on every page.
Functional cookies save your language, display settings, and UI preferences so the dashboard feels familiar every visit.
Anonymised analytics cookies help us understand which features retailers use most — so we can build a better product for you.
Security cookies detect suspicious login attempts and protect your store account from unauthorised access.
04 Third-Party Cookies
GrowYaara does not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not work with ad networks like Google AdSense, Facebook Pixel, or any programmatic advertising platform on our main website or dashboard.
A small number of third-party services we integrate with may set their own cookies when you interact with embedded features. These are described below.

We do not run retargeting ads. We do not install Facebook Pixel, Twitter Pixel, or any advertising network tracker on our website or dashboard. Your browsing on GrowYaara is never used to serve you ads on other platforms.
05 Android App Tracking
The GrowYaara Android application does not use browser cookies — cookies are a web technology and do not apply to native mobile apps. Instead, the app uses the following technologies for equivalent purposes.

GrowYaara is built to work offline — on the shop floor, in basements, in areas with poor connectivity. Most core data is cached locally and synced to our servers when connectivity is available. This local caching is for app functionality only, not for tracking.

You have full control over non-essential cookies. Here are the ways you can manage your cookie preferences.
Browser Cookie Settings
All modern browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent login and dashboard functionality from working correctly.

Opt Out of Analytics
- On the website — use the cookie preferences banner shown on your first visit to decline analytics cookies
- On the web dashboard — go to Settings → Privacy → Analytics Cookies and toggle off
- On the Android app — go to Settings → Privacy → Usage Analytics and toggle off
- Via email — contact hi@growyaara.com and we will opt your account out of all non-essential tracking
What Happens When You Opt Out
- Essential cookies: Cannot be disabled — required for login, security, and session management
- Functional cookies disabled: Your language and display preferences will reset on each visit
- Analytics cookies disabled: No impact on functionality. We simply receive less data about how the app is used
Regardless of your cookie preferences, your store's' inventory, customer records, IMEI data, billing history, and cashback information are always fully protected and stored securely. Cookie preferences only affect website analytics — not your core business data.
08 Cookie Retention
Cookie lifetimes are set based on the minimum period required for each cookie to serve its purpose. We regularly review and trim cookie retention periods.

You can delete all cookies stored by GrowYaara at any time using your browser's' Clear browsing data function. This will log you out of the web dashboard and reset your preferences.
09 Policy Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features, change our technology stack, or when legal requirements evolve. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Display a prominent banner on the GrowYaara website and dashboard notifying you of the change
- Update the Last updated date at the top of this page
- Re-show the cookie consent banner so you can review and re-confirm your preferences
- Send a notification to your registered email address if the changes are material
Continued use of GrowYaara after the effective date of a revised Cookie Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
